Some people worry about having location shoots during the winter months as the beautiful colours and blue skies are often few and far between but there is no need for concern. With carefully chosen locations and the use of creative lighting we can turn a grey, damp December day into a heart warming family photography opportunity.
I like to start the session with some simple walking shots. This gets everyone nice and relaxed and burns off any nervous energy that the kids may have.
When everyone is suitably relaxed we run through some family group shots, capturing a mixture of different groupings and then some individual portraits before we take a short walk to our next location.
