Last January I met up with Hilary and Stephen for their engagement shoot on the shores of Rhu Bay. We chose this location as they lived locally and it is just a short stroll down from their wedding venue the Rosslea Hall Hotel. Hilary and Stephen were such great fun to be around and were like loved up teenagers the entire session.
As with most of my sessions I always like to start with some walking photos, this helps take away any nerves that may be present and also produces some lovely images.
Couples always tell me that they love the candid photos best from their wedding day therefore I like to keep my posing very minimal. Just the odd suggestion here and there of where to look and how to stand to help produce more natural looking images.
...and if you fancy throwing in a cheeky wee kiss, that is completely up to you.
Also if you fancy throwing in some of your own moves please feel free!
You also get bonus points for bringing your dog along with you!
Just don't expect them to always want to sit and pose.
But you will get a couple of nice doggy portraits for your gallery.
